Time Frame
Upon receiving your order, please try on the items to ensure they fit correctly. Kindly confirm that you’ve received the right products, and inspect them for any defects. If there are any issues, you may request for an exchange/return within 14 days from the purchase date.
Conditions of the Return Items
- The item needs to be exchanged for a different size.
- A wrong or defective item was sent.
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
- The item has not been worn or washed.
- The item remains in its original, brand-new condition.
Please note, after a careful inspection, if the returned item(s) do not meet our Return / Exchange Policy, your request may be declined.
Exclusions
- Sale Items: Items marked as "sale" are often non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Intimate Apparel: Brands may not allow returns for socks, or similar items for hygiene reasons.
Exchange Process
There is no handling fee for exchange requests. However, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange. Please note that size exchanges are allowed only once. If the requested size is out of stock, you can exchange the item for another product of equal or higher value.

Refunds
Refunds are provided in the form of store credits (excluding shipping costs), which are valid for 2 months from the date of issue. Items purchased using store credits are not eligible for further exchanges. Please note, we do not offer cash refunds.
Please note that all returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
PGCO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or decline any return or exchange requests.
Processing Time
- Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received by PGCO.
- If you have any issues, such as receiving the wrong or missing items, you can contact PGCO customer support for assistance at info@pgcoasia.com.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, kindly complete the " Product Return Form " with your order number and a photo of the item.
We will provide instructions on the return process.
Important: Slight discrepancies in measurements (0.5" - 1") are not considered defects, as all measurements are taken with the item laid flat.
Additionally, the actual color of the item may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor or phone due to screen settings.
